Welcome to the Eat Well, Feel Well: Results-Driven Strategies online course!
I'm so happy that you're here which means that it's time to make a change... for life.
For me, I didn't have one defining moment that I said to myself, it's time to make a change. Growing up with just a general ongoing feeling of discomfort and unwellness was something that was becoming a snowball of physical and mental distress. Medical appointments were becoming more familiar to me and my family. To help change the dreadful course I was headed towards, I did what everyone else was doing, I started following fad diets that I thought I would love and therefore stick with. After only being able to follow through with them for less than 1 week, I understood that none were sustainable. Furthermore, those medical appts to address my concerns were also not working for me.
I found my saving grace and have never looked back, using "Food as Medicine." Twenty-plus years later, I not only feel my best, but I've been honored to give the gift of health and well-being to so many others in my path as their Integrative Registered Dietitian and Holistic Coach.
WELCOME to this online course where I'll share my life's work. It has made a significant difference to all who welcome and continue practicing these strategies. My intention with this online course is that you will go through life with more confidence and competence in your health and wellness so you can continue to live life with vigor and vitality.
